    Horrible experience. Went for 20 week ultrasound with my wife to find out the sex of our baby, the lady conducting the ultrasound wasn't very responsive to us when we were asking questions about what we were seeing. She kept saying " I'm busy doing this" It felt extremely informal and unprofessional the only information she gave us during the whole time we were there was that " it might be a girl" we then asked " so it's a girl?" Her reply " well I wouldn't go painting the room pink" she then told us where the towel was to wipe the gel off her belly and where the exit was and then she left the room. I looked at my wife who was still laying on the bed with the ultrasound gel on her belly, she broke down crying. We were not rude to her at all, were dressed appropriately, throughout the whole ordeal we respected her even though we did not get that in return. It was absolutely disgusting the way she treated us and there is no excuse for it. We ended up going to the private hospital for the 20 week test 2 weeks later which we paid for, so that we had a better experience and actually understood what we were having and to have our questions answered. Another lady we were conversing with in the waiting room had a similar experience at the same GV Imaging. We are never going back.
